How a same-day case unfolds

Surgery day.
Implants are placed under local anesthesia, with full anesthesia and an anesthesiologist available for larger cases. In qualifying cases the fixed provisional is attached the same day.
Healing with teeth in place.
Over the coming months, bone integrates with the implants while you function with your provisional restoration — and we monitor you throughout.
The final restoration.
After adequate integration, your final crown, bridge, or full-arch restoration is refined for fit, bite, cleansability, and esthetics.
