Botox in the West Village, NYC
The West Village is our closest neighbor to the north — brownstone blocks, corner cafés, and a strong preference for businesses that have been around a while. Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD, fits right in: physician-led Botox, Dysport, fillers, and TMJ treatment with a light, honest hand, a straight shot down the 1 line at 54 Warren Street in Tribeca.

Meet Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD
Your aesthetics care at Tribeca Dental Studio is led by a physician: Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky is an internationally trained aesthetic physician and double board-certified doctor. She mainly uses Dysport — and Botox where it fits the plan — and every treatment is tailored to your anatomy, concerns, and goals after an individual assessment.
Aesthetic treatments
Physician-led treatments, planned around your anatomy — never a one-size menu.
Neuromodulators — Botox® & Dysport®
Designed to soften expression lines — forehead lines, glabellar “11” lines, crow's feet — while keeping natural facial movement. Dr. Marina also treats the brow, bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile, and chin dimpling.
Full face & neck
Treatment may include the platysma muscles in the neck to help soften neck bands, improve the appearance of the jawline, and provide a subtle tightening or lifting effect — including jawline and Nefertiti lift techniques.
TMJ & masseter treatment
For jaw clenching and tension, treatment may help reduce muscle overactivity and related discomfort. If the masseter muscles are enlarged, treatment may also help reduce their size for a softer, more balanced lower-face contour.
Fillers, boosters & biostimulators
Hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and contour, skin boosters for hydration and radiance, and biostimulators such as Radiesse® and Sculptra® designed to support collagen stimulation and skin firming — including hand rejuvenation.
TMJ Botox & headaches
If you clench or grind, the masseter and jaw muscles work overtime — and that tension may contribute to jaw discomfort and clenching-related headaches. Carefully placed neuromodulator treatment may help reduce jaw clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort. It is not a cure-all and it is not a migraine treatment: at your assessment, Dr. Marina evaluates your jaw, your bite, and your symptoms, and tells you honestly whether this approach fits your case — and when a dental or medical workup should come first.

Down the 1 line from the West Village
The West Village is our closest neighbor to the north — the brownstone blocks off Bleecker Street, the couples pushing strollers through the West Village's quiet streets, the regulars at the corner cafés. Our office at 54 Warren Street is a straight shot down the 1 line, and the two neighborhoods share the same DNA: historic streets, real community, and a strong preference for businesses that have been around a while. We've been here since 2007.

The Lightest Hand On The Schedule
Subtle Is A Skill, Not A Compromise
West Village patients are famously specific about what they don't want: nothing frozen, nothing obvious, nothing that announces itself at brunch. Dr. Marina's neuromodulator work is calibrated to that brief — doses mapped to your muscle strength and expressions, designed so friends notice you look rested, not treated.
She also sees the neighborhood's quieter cases: parents and professionals who clench through the night and wake with sore jaws and headaches. Her TMJ and masseter treatment may help reduce the tension — and because she practices inside a dental studio, the bite evaluation that should accompany it is right down the hall.
Botox questions, answered
01Does Dr. Marina use Botox or Dysport?
Both — neuromodulator treatments at Tribeca Dental Studio mainly use Dysport, the product Dr. Marina uses most often, with Botox also available. The choice depends on the area treated and your individual assessment.
02Can Botox help with TMJ symptoms and headaches?
It may help. Treating the masseter and jaw muscles may reduce clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort, including headaches that come from clenching. It is not a migraine treatment, and not every headache is jaw-related — your assessment comes first, and Dr. Marina will tell you honestly if this fits your case.
03Will my face look frozen?
That is not the goal. Dr. Marina's treatments are designed to soften expression lines and create a smoother, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial movement. Every plan is tailored after an individual assessment.
04How do I book an aesthetics consultation?
Call (212) 561-5303 or book online. Your first visit is an individual assessment with Dr. Marina — your anatomy, concerns, and goals — before any treatment plan is made.
05How do I get to you from the West Village?
The 1 train from Christopher Street–Sheridan Square to Chambers Street is the fastest way — about twelve minutes with no transfer. Walk five minutes up Warren Street and you're at number 54, between Greenwich Street and West Broadway.
06Is there parking near your office?
Street parking is scarce in both the West Village and Tribeca. The 1 train from Christopher Street to Chambers is the easiest route. Drivers will find attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of our office.
