Botox in Tribeca, NYC
Tribeca is home — our studio has been at 54 Warren Street since 2007, and this is where Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD, sees her aesthetics patients. If you live in the cast-iron lofts on Franklin Street or the towers along West Street, physician-led Botox, Dysport, fillers, and TMJ treatment are a short walk from your door — planned after an individual assessment, never sold off a menu.

Meet Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD
Your aesthetics care at Tribeca Dental Studio is led by a physician: Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky is an internationally trained aesthetic physician and double board-certified doctor. She mainly uses Dysport — and Botox where it fits the plan — and every treatment is tailored to your anatomy, concerns, and goals after an individual assessment.
Aesthetic treatments
Physician-led treatments, planned around your anatomy — never a one-size menu.
Neuromodulators — Botox® & Dysport®
Designed to soften expression lines — forehead lines, glabellar “11” lines, crow's feet — while keeping natural facial movement. Dr. Marina also treats the brow, bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile, and chin dimpling.
Full face & neck
Treatment may include the platysma muscles in the neck to help soften neck bands, improve the appearance of the jawline, and provide a subtle tightening or lifting effect — including jawline and Nefertiti lift techniques.
TMJ & masseter treatment
For jaw clenching and tension, treatment may help reduce muscle overactivity and related discomfort. If the masseter muscles are enlarged, treatment may also help reduce their size for a softer, more balanced lower-face contour.
Fillers, boosters & biostimulators
Hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and contour, skin boosters for hydration and radiance, and biostimulators such as Radiesse® and Sculptra® designed to support collagen stimulation and skin firming — including hand rejuvenation.
TMJ Botox & headaches
If you clench or grind, the masseter and jaw muscles work overtime — and that tension may contribute to jaw discomfort and clenching-related headaches. Carefully placed neuromodulator treatment may help reduce jaw clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort. It is not a cure-all and it is not a migraine treatment: at your assessment, Dr. Marina evaluates your jaw, your bite, and your symptoms, and tells you honestly whether this approach fits your case — and when a dental or medical workup should come first.

Aesthetics, Practiced Like Medicine
A Physician's Touch, In Your Neighborhood
Tribeca patients ask smart questions, and Dr. Marina likes it that way. Her assessments are conversations: what bothers you, what you've tried, what “refreshed” means to you. The plan that follows is mapped to your anatomy — Dysport where softness matters, a masseter treatment when clenching is the real story, filler only where volume was actually lost.
Because our aesthetics practice sits inside a dental studio, the TMJ conversation goes deeper here than at a med spa. We can look at your bite, your wear patterns, and your jaw joint in the same visit. When a headache is a dental problem in disguise, this is the office that finds it.
Botox questions, answered
01Does Dr. Marina use Botox or Dysport?
Both — neuromodulator treatments at Tribeca Dental Studio mainly use Dysport, the product Dr. Marina uses most often, with Botox also available. The choice depends on the area treated and your individual assessment.
02Can Botox help with TMJ symptoms and headaches?
It may help. Treating the masseter and jaw muscles may reduce clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort, including headaches that come from clenching. It is not a migraine treatment, and not every headache is jaw-related — your assessment comes first, and Dr. Marina will tell you honestly if this fits your case.
03Will my face look frozen?
That is not the goal. Dr. Marina's treatments are designed to soften expression lines and create a smoother, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial movement. Every plan is tailored after an individual assessment.
04How do I book an aesthetics consultation?
Call (212) 561-5303 or book online. Your first visit is an individual assessment with Dr. Marina — your anatomy, concerns, and goals — before any treatment plan is made.
05Is Tribeca Dental Studio actually in Tribeca?
Yes — we've been at 54 Warren Street, between Greenwich Street and West Broadway, since 2007. No satellite, no shared suite: this is our home, and it's where Dr. Marina sees her aesthetics patients.
06Where do I park near 54 Warren Street?
Street parking in Tribeca is scarce, but there are attended garages on Warren Street and Greenwich Street within a block of our door. Most Tribeca patients walk over or take the 1, 2, 3, A, C, or E to Chambers Street — about five minutes on foot.
