Botox in the East Village, NYC

Botox in the East Village, NYC

The East Village doesn't do cookie-cutter, and neither does Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD. Her aesthetics work — Botox, Dysport, fillers, and TMJ treatment — is mapped to your face and your life, whether that's softening crow's feet before a gallery opening or calming the jaw tension that builds up over a mixing board. We're a straightforward crosstown ride away, at 54 Warren Street in Tribeca.

Meet Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD

Your aesthetics care at Tribeca Dental Studio is led by a physician: Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky is an internationally trained aesthetic physician and double board-certified doctor. She mainly uses Dysport — and Botox where it fits the plan — and every treatment is tailored to your anatomy, concerns, and goals after an individual assessment.

Aesthetic treatments

Physician-led treatments, planned around your anatomy — never a one-size menu.

Neuromodulators — Botox® & Dysport®

Designed to soften expression lines — forehead lines, glabellar “11” lines, crow's feet — while keeping natural facial movement. Dr. Marina also treats the brow, bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile, and chin dimpling.

Full face & neck

Treatment may include the platysma muscles in the neck to help soften neck bands, improve the appearance of the jawline, and provide a subtle tightening or lifting effect — including jawline and Nefertiti lift techniques.

TMJ & masseter treatment

For jaw clenching and tension, treatment may help reduce muscle overactivity and related discomfort. If the masseter muscles are enlarged, treatment may also help reduce their size for a softer, more balanced lower-face contour.

Fillers, boosters & biostimulators

Hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and contour, skin boosters for hydration and radiance, and biostimulators such as Radiesse® and Sculptra® designed to support collagen stimulation and skin firming — including hand rejuvenation.

TMJ Botox & headaches

If you clench or grind, the masseter and jaw muscles work overtime — and that tension may contribute to jaw discomfort and clenching-related headaches. Carefully placed neuromodulator treatment may help reduce jaw clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort. It is not a cure-all and it is not a migraine treatment: at your assessment, Dr. Marina evaluates your jaw, your bite, and your symptoms, and tells you honestly whether this approach fits your case — and when a dental or medical workup should come first.

Worth the crosstown trip from the East Village

We see East Village patients every week — artists and musicians from the blocks around Tompkins Square Park, young professionals off St. Mark's Place, longtime residents who've watched the neighborhood change since the '80s. It's a crosstown trip to reach our Tribeca office at 54 Warren Street, but it's a straightforward one, and our patients tell us physician-led care is worth the L train.

Getting here

  • L from 1st Avenue or 3rd Avenue to 14th Street–8th Avenue, transfer to the downtown A, C, E to Chambers Street
  • 6 from Astor Place to Bleecker Street, transfer to the downtown 1 to Chambers Street
  • N, R, W from 8th Street–NYU to City Hall, then a short walk west
  • F from 2nd Avenue to West 4th Street, transfer to the downtown A, C, E
  • About 25 minutes door to door from most of the East Village

Parking

Driving crosstown through the Village is slow at any hour — the subway is the move. If you do drive, there are attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of our door.

Individual Faces, Individual Plans

No Templates — Your Face Is The Brief

East Village patients tend to arrive with strong opinions about looking natural, and Dr. Marina shares them. Her neuromodulator work is designed to keep the expressions that make your face yours — the raised brow, the real smile — while softening the lines that read as tired. If a treatment won't serve you, she'll tell you at the assessment and suggest what would.

The therapeutic side matters here too: this is a neighborhood of performers, bartenders, nurses, and night-shifters, and clenching through stress is common. Her TMJ and masseter treatment may help reduce that tension, with our dental team checking your bite and wear patterns in the same practice.

Botox questions, answered

01Does Dr. Marina use Botox or Dysport?

Both — neuromodulator treatments at Tribeca Dental Studio mainly use Dysport, the product Dr. Marina uses most often, with Botox also available. The choice depends on the area treated and your individual assessment.

02Can Botox help with TMJ symptoms and headaches?

It may help. Treating the masseter and jaw muscles may reduce clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort, including headaches that come from clenching. It is not a migraine treatment, and not every headache is jaw-related — your assessment comes first, and Dr. Marina will tell you honestly if this fits your case.

03Will my face look frozen?

That is not the goal. Dr. Marina's treatments are designed to soften expression lines and create a smoother, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial movement. Every plan is tailored after an individual assessment.

04How do I book an aesthetics consultation?

Call (212) 561-5303 or book online. Your first visit is an individual assessment with Dr. Marina — your anatomy, concerns, and goals — before any treatment plan is made.

05How long does it take to get to you from the East Village?

About 25 minutes door to door. The fastest route is usually the L from 1st or 3rd Avenue to 14th Street–8th Avenue, then the downtown A, C, or E to Chambers Street — we're a five-minute walk from there, at 54 Warren Street.

06Should I drive from the East Village?

Crosstown driving through the Village is slow, and street parking near our Tribeca office is scarce. The subway (L to the downtown A/C/E) is faster. If you do drive, there are attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of 54 Warren Street.
