Botox in the Meatpacking District, NYC
The Meatpacking District sets the city's standard for how things look — the cobblestones of Gansevoort Street, the Whitney, the High Line crowds. Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD, meets that standard with physician-led aesthetics: Botox, Dysport, fillers, and skin treatments placed with a mapper's precision, a straight ride down the West Side at 54 Warren Street in Tribeca.

Meet Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky, MD
Your aesthetics care at Tribeca Dental Studio is led by a physician: Dr. Marina Krasnopolsky is an internationally trained aesthetic physician and double board-certified doctor. She mainly uses Dysport — and Botox where it fits the plan — and every treatment is tailored to your anatomy, concerns, and goals after an individual assessment.
Aesthetic treatments
Physician-led treatments, planned around your anatomy — never a one-size menu.
Neuromodulators — Botox® & Dysport®
Designed to soften expression lines — forehead lines, glabellar “11” lines, crow's feet — while keeping natural facial movement. Dr. Marina also treats the brow, bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile, and chin dimpling.
Full face & neck
Treatment may include the platysma muscles in the neck to help soften neck bands, improve the appearance of the jawline, and provide a subtle tightening or lifting effect — including jawline and Nefertiti lift techniques.
TMJ & masseter treatment
For jaw clenching and tension, treatment may help reduce muscle overactivity and related discomfort. If the masseter muscles are enlarged, treatment may also help reduce their size for a softer, more balanced lower-face contour.
Fillers, boosters & biostimulators
Hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and contour, skin boosters for hydration and radiance, and biostimulators such as Radiesse® and Sculptra® designed to support collagen stimulation and skin firming — including hand rejuvenation.
TMJ Botox & headaches
If you clench or grind, the masseter and jaw muscles work overtime — and that tension may contribute to jaw discomfort and clenching-related headaches. Carefully placed neuromodulator treatment may help reduce jaw clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort. It is not a cure-all and it is not a migraine treatment: at your assessment, Dr. Marina evaluates your jaw, your bite, and your symptoms, and tells you honestly whether this approach fits your case — and when a dental or medical workup should come first.

Down the West Side from the Meatpacking District
The Meatpacking District — the cobblestones of Gansevoort Street, the Whitney Museum, the High Line's southern entrance — sits just north of us along the West Side. Our patients come down from the fashion studios, the restaurants, and the apartments tucked into the old meat-market buildings. Our Tribeca office at 54 Warren Street is a straight ride down the West Side lines, and on a nice day the walk along the Hudson River Greenway is genuinely lovely.

Precision Is The Aesthetic
For An Industry That Works In Images
Meatpacking patients — models, photographers, designers, the hospitality world — live in high-resolution. Dr. Marina's work holds up under that scrutiny because it's architectural: she studies proportions and light on the face before a single unit is placed, and her neuromodulator plans are designed to refresh rather than reshape your expressions.
The district's pace also brings her therapeutic cases: late nights, high season pressure, and the clenched jaws that come with both. Her masseter treatment may help reduce that tension — with our dental team able to evaluate your bite and protect your teeth in the same practice.
Botox questions, answered
01Does Dr. Marina use Botox or Dysport?
Both — neuromodulator treatments at Tribeca Dental Studio mainly use Dysport, the product Dr. Marina uses most often, with Botox also available. The choice depends on the area treated and your individual assessment.
02Can Botox help with TMJ symptoms and headaches?
It may help. Treating the masseter and jaw muscles may reduce clenching, muscle tension, and related discomfort, including headaches that come from clenching. It is not a migraine treatment, and not every headache is jaw-related — your assessment comes first, and Dr. Marina will tell you honestly if this fits your case.
03Will my face look frozen?
That is not the goal. Dr. Marina's treatments are designed to soften expression lines and create a smoother, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial movement. Every plan is tailored after an individual assessment.
04How do I book an aesthetics consultation?
Call (212) 561-5303 or book online. Your first visit is an individual assessment with Dr. Marina — your anatomy, concerns, and goals — before any treatment plan is made.
05How do I get to you from the Meatpacking District?
The A, C, or E from 14th Street–8th Avenue straight to Chambers Street — about twelve minutes, no transfer — then a five-minute walk up Warren Street to number 54. On a nice day, the walk south along the Hudson River Greenway takes about twenty minutes.
06Is there parking near your office?
Street parking is scarce near both the Meatpacking District and our Tribeca office. The A/C/E from 14th Street to Chambers is the fastest route. Drivers will find attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of 54 Warren Street.
