Veneers in Greenwich Village, NYC
Veneers are ultra-thin porcelain shells bonded to the front of your teeth — 0.2 to 0.5 millimeters of hand-layered ceramic that can close gaps, repair chips, and redesign a smile. I'm Dr. Nina Izhaky. I design veneers for Village patients who are allergic to the fake look: performers who need to look natural on camera, professionals who don't want anyone to know. From the Village, we're one straight shot down the 1 line to our Tribeca studio.

Why our veneers look real in Greenwich Village
Most veneers fail for one reason: they look done. Ours are built on a different philosophy — invisible luxury, not obvious dentistry.
Natural translucency, not chalky white.
Real enamel lets light through. Our veneers are hand-layered ceramic, built layer by layer to replicate the subtle gradients of natural enamel — radiant, but never flat or opaque.
Designed for your face, not a template.
Every tooth's length, width, and angle is engineered to match your lip posture, cheekbones, and facial proportions. Your smile should look like it was always yours.
Ultra-thin and enamel-first.
Our veneers are crafted as thin as 0.2mm to 0.5mm. We remove only a fraction of a millimeter of outer enamel — and with no-prep options, sometimes none at all.
Preview your smile before we begin.
High-resolution 3D scans and a temporary composite 'try-on' smile let you see your result before starting. No surprises — you approve the design first.
Your veneer smile makeover, step by step
A predictable, digitally planned process — typically just 2 to 3 visits.
Digital smile design and 3D mockup.
We capture high-resolution 3D digital scans and place a temporary composite 'try-on' smile in your mouth, so you preview your results before we begin.
Minimal prep and custom temporaries.
Micro-contouring of the outer enamel — just 0.3mm to 0.5mm — followed by custom temporary veneers designed to mimic your final look.
Master ceramist handcrafting.
Elite master ceramists hand-layer feldspathic or E-Max porcelain, infusing each veneer with natural internal character and translucency.
Precision bonding and bite fine-tuning.
Permanent dual-cure resin bonding, then precise occlusal balancing so your veneers function as strong as natural enamel.
A short ride downtown from Greenwich Village
Plenty of our patients come down from the Village — from the brownstones off Bleecker Street, the NYU blocks around Washington Square Park, and the side streets near the Comedy Cellar and the Blue Note. The ride is one straight shot downtown, and our Tribeca office at 54 Warren Street sits in a neighborhood that feels familiar: historic, walkable, and mercifully calmer than Midtown.
Getting here by subway
- 1 train from Christopher Street–Sheridan Square straight to Chambers Street — no transfer
- A, C, E from West 4th Street to Chambers Street
- 6 from Bleecker Street or Astor Place to Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall, then a ten-minute walk
- PATH from 9th Street or 14th Street to the World Trade Center, then a short walk north
- R, W from 8th Street–NYU to City Hall
Driving and parking
If you drive down from the Village, know that Tribeca garages are easier than Village street parking — there are attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of us. Honestly, the 1 train is faster door to door.
Veneers Nobody Can Spot
The Village has a finely tuned radar for anything fake, and I respect that — it's the same radar I use. My veneers are built on translucency: real enamel lets light through, so the porcelain has to as well, layer by layer. Flat, opaque, one-shade white is what gives veneers away. Hand-layered ceramic with internal character is what makes them disappear.
For my performer patients, the stakes are specific: the smile has to read as natural under stage lights, on camera, and in person — three different kinds of unforgiving. That's why the try-on preview matters so much. You see the design in your mouth, in different light, before anything is permanent. We adjust until it's right.
And I'll say the thing most cosmetic dentists won't: if your enamel is thick and beautiful and what you really need is alignment, I'll talk you out of veneers. Orthodontics can let your natural smile shine without touching your teeth. I'd rather have you as a patient for twenty years than sell you porcelain you didn't need.
“I talk patients out of veneers when their enamel is thick and beautiful — all they need is orthodontic alignment to let their amazing smile shine.”
— Dr. Nina Izhaky, Tribeca Dental Studio
