Redefining Manhattan smiles through facial harmony and hand-layered ceramic artistry. We craft weightless, natural-looking porcelain veneers tailored to your unique lips, bone structure, and personality.

Natural Light Refraction & Hand-Layered Ceramic Translucency
Quick Answer

A veneer is a thin ceramic shell — half a millimeter or less — bonded to the front of your tooth. It covers chips, closes gaps, masks stains, evens out shape. Ours are layered by hand to catch light like real enamel. Most cases take two or three visits, and with routine care they last ten to twenty years.

Editorial Standard

What Makes Porcelain Veneers Look Natural Instead of Fake?

We reject unnatural, chalky, thick white teeth. True luxury cosmetic dentistry is invisible—enhancing your natural beauty rather than altering it:

Handcrafted layer-by-layer by master ceramists to replicate the subtle gradients and light refraction of healthy enamel.

Facial Visagism & Smile Arc Design

Every tooth length, width, and angle is engineered to match your lip posture, cheekbones, and facial proportions.

Ultra-Thin Enamel Preservation

Crafted as thin as 0.2mm to 0.5mm, conserving maximum natural enamel while guaranteeing structural durability.

The Practice Perspective

Lumineers vs. Traditional Veneers — and Who Should Skip Both

Patients often ask about Lumineers by name, so let's be clear about what the word means. Lumineers are a brand of ultra-thin porcelain veneers designed to be placed with little or no removal of your natural enamel. In our practice they belong to the same family as our no-prep veneers: the right choice when your teeth are healthy and the changes you want are modest — a brighter shade, a slightly fuller shape, closing a small gap.

Traditional hand-layered veneers, by contrast, involve removing a whisper of enamel — about 0.3 to 0.5 millimeters — which lets our ceramists reshape the tooth more dramatically and build in the lifelike translucency that fools even dentists. Which option suits you isn't a matter of brand loyalty; it's a clinical decision we make together at your consultation, based on your enamel, your bite, and what you want to change.

And honesty requires naming who shouldn't get veneers at all. If your teeth are severely misaligned, orthodontics — Invisalign® or braces — will give you a better, longer-lasting result than ceramic camouflage. If a tooth has deep decay or a huge old filling, it needs a crown's full protection, not a veneer's front-facing shell. And if you grind your teeth heavily at night, we'll evaluate whether a protective plan comes first. Sometimes the most caring thing a cosmetic dentist can do is talk you out of the treatment you walked in asking for.

I talk patients out of veneers when their enamel is thick and beautiful — all they need is orthodontic alignment to let their amazing smile shine.

Frequently Asked Questions About Veneers

Do porcelain veneers ruin your real teeth?

No. When performed by experienced cosmetic specialists, we only remove a fraction of a millimeter (0.3mm–0.5mm) of outer enamel. This conservative process keeps the tooth healthy while the ceramic sheath actually adds structural strength.

Will my porcelain veneers look artificial or overly white?

Never. We specialize in natural translucency. By custom-blending multi-layered porcelain shades with your lip structure and skin tone, your veneers will look radiant, lifelike, and uniquely yours.

How many appointments does a full veneer makeover require?

A complete transformation typically requires only 2 to 3 visits: 1) Initial 3D Scan & Digital Design Trial, 2) Micro-Prep & Temporary Placement, and 3) Final Master Bonding.

How long do porcelain veneers last and how do I care for them?

High-grade ceramic veneers last 10–20+ years with proper oral care. Simply maintain routine brushing, daily flossing, and regular 6-month dental cleanings.

What's the difference between veneers and Lumineers?

Lumineers is a specific brand of ultra-thin, minimal-prep porcelain veneers. Traditional veneers involve removing a thin layer of enamel for more transformative reshaping; no-prep options like Lumineers preserve virtually all enamel and suit subtler changes. At your consultation we recommend whichever approach your teeth and goals call for — the brand name matters less than the fit.

I grind my teeth at night. Can I still get veneers?

Often yes — but we need to evaluate you first. Heavy grinding puts extra force on porcelain, so we'll check your bite and may recommend a nighttime guard to protect your investment. If grinding has already worn your teeth noticeably, veneers can actually restore the lost length — we'll map it all out with 3D imaging at your consultation.

How do I take care of veneers day to day?

Treat them like the natural teeth they cover: brush twice daily, floss every day, and keep your six-month cleanings — your hygienist polishes veneers with products made for porcelain. Avoid using your teeth as tools and be mindful of very hard foods; if you grind at night, wear your guard. With that routine, your veneers can serve you beautifully for ten to twenty years.
