All-on-4 Dental Implants in Battery Park City, NYC
All-on-4 is a full-arch dental implant treatment: four implants support a fixed set of teeth that doesn't come out — the alternative to a removable denture. I'm Dr. Nina Izhaky. From Battery Park City, we're two stops on the 1 train, and several of my All-on-4 patients are BPC neighbors. For a treatment this significant, having your dentist two stops away — for every follow-up, every check, every question — makes a real difference.

Why All-on-4 works for Battery Park City patients
If you're missing most or all of your teeth — or facing that reality soon — you have two kinds of options: removable, or fixed. All-on-4 is the fixed one that doesn't require rebuilding your entire jaw first.
Fixed teeth, not a removable denture.
Four strategically placed implants support a full arch of teeth that stays in — no adhesives, no slipping, no taking your teeth out at night. You brush and floss them like natural teeth.
Four implants, not six or eight.
The concept uses two anterior and two posterior implants; the back two are angled to make the most of your available bone. That often means no bone grafting and a shorter, simpler surgery than traditional full-arch implant approaches.
Designed around your face and bite.
Your final bridge is planned digitally around your facial proportions, lip support, and bite — not a stock set of denture teeth. The result looks like teeth that belong in your face, because they're designed for it.
One coordinated treatment pathway.
3D imaging, surgical planning, implant placement, and your provisional teeth are coordinated in one practice — no bouncing between a surgeon's office across town and a restorative dentist somewhere else.
How All-on-4 treatment works
A planned, phased process — from first scan to final bridge.
3D imaging and candidacy evaluation.
Cone-beam 3D imaging maps your bone anatomy precisely. We evaluate whether four implants can support your arch, whether your bone is sufficient, and whether you're a candidate for same-day provisional teeth. Not everyone qualifies — we'll know after a full evaluation.
Digital surgical planning.
Implant positions and angles are planned on your 3D scan before surgery day. The angled posterior implants are positioned to use your existing bone and reduce the cantilever on the final bridge.
Implant placement and provisional teeth.
Four implants are placed in a single surgical visit. When adequate stability and clinical criteria are met, a fixed provisional restoration — a full set of temporary teeth — may be attached the same day.
Healing and your definitive bridge.
After the healing phase, your definitive bridge is designed and fitted — refined in material, fit, bite design, and hygiene access compared to the provisional. This is the set built to last.

Major Treatment, Neighborhood Dentist
All-on-4 is a months-long journey: evaluation, surgery, healing in provisional teeth, then the definitive bridge. Doing that with a dentist two subway stops away changes the experience — follow-ups are easy, questions get answered in person, and you're never managing a concern across town. Proximity is a clinical advantage, not just a convenience.
The treatment itself is designed around preserving what you have: four implants, with the back two angled to use your existing bone, which often means no grafting and a single surgical visit. In qualifying cases, fixed provisional teeth go on the same day — you heal with teeth, not without them.
What I'd want my neighbors to know: the evaluation is honest and unhurried. 3D imaging, a clear read on candidacy, all your options including the ones I don't provide. If All-on-4 isn't right for you, you'll hear it from me before you've spent anything beyond the consultation. That's how neighborhood dentistry should work.
“Si el diente ya no está y el hueso está bien, el proceso de reemplazo es en realidad muy tranquilo — muy poca recuperación. Lo que escuchamos de nuestros pacientes es lo poco notable que fue el procedimiento. Están sorprendidos, y agradecemos su aprecio.”
