All-on-4 Dental Implants in the Meatpacking District, NYC
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant treatment concept: four implants support a fixed bridge — a full set of teeth that stays in, looks natural, and lets you eat, laugh, and live normally. I'm Dr. Nina Izhaky. From the Meatpacking District, we're twelve minutes down the A/C/E to our Tribeca office. My patients considering All-on-4 care deeply about one thing above all: that the final result looks like teeth, not like dentistry.

Why All-on-4 works for Meatpacking District patients
If you're missing most or all of your teeth — or facing that reality soon — you have two kinds of options: removable, or fixed. All-on-4 is the fixed one that doesn't require rebuilding your entire jaw first.
Fixed teeth, not a removable denture.
Four strategically placed implants support a full arch of teeth that stays in — no adhesives, no slipping, no taking your teeth out at night. You brush and floss them like natural teeth.
Four implants, not six or eight.
The concept uses two anterior and two posterior implants; the back two are angled to make the most of your available bone. That often means no bone grafting and a shorter, simpler surgery than traditional full-arch implant approaches.
Designed around your face and bite.
Your final bridge is planned digitally around your facial proportions, lip support, and bite — not a stock set of denture teeth. The result looks like teeth that belong in your face, because they're designed for it.
One coordinated treatment pathway.
3D imaging, surgical planning, implant placement, and your provisional teeth are coordinated in one practice — no bouncing between a surgeon's office across town and a restorative dentist somewhere else.
How All-on-4 treatment works
A planned, phased process — from first scan to final bridge.
3D imaging and candidacy evaluation.
Cone-beam 3D imaging maps your bone anatomy precisely. We evaluate whether four implants can support your arch, whether your bone is sufficient, and whether you're a candidate for same-day provisional teeth. Not everyone qualifies — we'll know after a full evaluation.
Digital surgical planning.
Implant positions and angles are planned on your 3D scan before surgery day. The angled posterior implants are positioned to use your existing bone and reduce the cantilever on the final bridge.
Implant placement and provisional teeth.
Four implants are placed in a single surgical visit. When adequate stability and clinical criteria are met, a fixed provisional restoration — a full set of temporary teeth — may be attached the same day.
Healing and your definitive bridge.
After the healing phase, your definitive bridge is designed and fitted — refined in material, fit, bite design, and hygiene access compared to the provisional. This is the set built to last.
Down the West Side from the Meatpacking District
The Meatpacking District — the cobblestones of Gansevoort Street, the Whitney Museum, the High Line's southern entrance — sits just north of us along the West Side. Our patients come down from the fashion studios, the restaurants, and the apartments tucked into the old meat-market buildings. Our Tribeca office at 54 Warren Street is a straight ride down the West Side lines, and on a nice day the walk along the Hudson River Greenway is genuinely lovely.
Getting here by subway
- A, C, E from 14th Street–8th Avenue straight to Chambers Street — about twelve minutes
- 1, 2, 3 from 14th Street to Chambers Street
- L to 14th Street–8th Avenue, transfer to the downtown A, C, E
- A twenty-minute walk south along the Hudson River Greenway to Chambers Street

Driving and parking
Cobblestone streets and nightlife crowds make driving through the Meatpacking District slow — take the A/C/E downtown to Chambers. Drivers will find attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of our door.
The Aesthetics of Full-Arch Restoration
Full-arch restoration fails aesthetically when it looks like a denture that happens to be screwed in — flat, opaque, one shade, no character. We design the definitive bridge the way I design veneers: around your face. Lip support, tooth proportions, shade variation, the way teeth show when you smile and speak. Fixed doesn't have to mean fake.
The provisional phase is actually an aesthetic advantage: you live with the temporary bridge for months, and we learn from it. What shows too much, what feels long, how the bite settles — all of that informs the definitive design. By the time the final bridge is made, it's been road-tested in your actual life.
Clinically, the concept is sound and well-studied: four implants, angled posteriors, digital planning, strong outcomes in the right candidates. The artistry is in the final bridge — and that's where a cosmetic eye matters as much as a surgical one. You get both here, in one practice, twelve minutes from the Meatpacking District.
“Si el diente ya no está y el hueso está bien, el proceso de reemplazo es en realidad muy tranquilo — muy poca recuperación. Lo que escuchamos de nuestros pacientes es lo poco notable que fue el procedimiento. Están sorprendidos, y agradecemos su aprecio.”
