All-on-4 Dental Implants in Lower Manhattan, NYC
All-on-4 is a full-arch dental implant treatment: four implants support a fixed bridge of teeth — no removable denture. I'm Dr. Nina Izhaky. A lot of my Lower Manhattan All-on-4 patients are professionals who can't afford months of dental disruption: the treatment is planned digitally, the surgery is a single visit, and in qualifying cases you leave with fixed provisional teeth the same day. From Wall Street, we're under ten minutes on the 1, 2, or 3.

Why All-on-4 works for Lower Manhattan patients
If you're missing most or all of your teeth — or facing that reality soon — you have two kinds of options: removable, or fixed. All-on-4 is the fixed one that doesn't require rebuilding your entire jaw first.
Fixed teeth, not a removable denture.
Four strategically placed implants support a full arch of teeth that stays in — no adhesives, no slipping, no taking your teeth out at night. You brush and floss them like natural teeth.
Four implants, not six or eight.
The concept uses two anterior and two posterior implants; the back two are angled to make the most of your available bone. That often means no bone grafting and a shorter, simpler surgery than traditional full-arch implant approaches.
Designed around your face and bite.
Your final bridge is planned digitally around your facial proportions, lip support, and bite — not a stock set of denture teeth. The result looks like teeth that belong in your face, because they're designed for it.
One coordinated treatment pathway.
3D imaging, surgical planning, implant placement, and your provisional teeth are coordinated in one practice — no bouncing between a surgeon's office across town and a restorative dentist somewhere else.
How All-on-4 treatment works
A planned, phased process — from first scan to final bridge.
3D imaging and candidacy evaluation.
Cone-beam 3D imaging maps your bone anatomy precisely. We evaluate whether four implants can support your arch, whether your bone is sufficient, and whether you're a candidate for same-day provisional teeth. Not everyone qualifies — we'll know after a full evaluation.
Digital surgical planning.
Implant positions and angles are planned on your 3D scan before surgery day. The angled posterior implants are positioned to use your existing bone and reduce the cantilever on the final bridge.
Implant placement and provisional teeth.
Four implants are placed in a single surgical visit. When adequate stability and clinical criteria are met, a fixed provisional restoration — a full set of temporary teeth — may be attached the same day.
Healing and your definitive bridge.
After the healing phase, your definitive bridge is designed and fitted — refined in material, fit, bite design, and hygiene access compared to the provisional. This is the set built to last.
Downtown's dental office: 54 Warren Street
Lower Manhattan is where our patients work and live — the analysts and attorneys around Wall Street, the families in the Financial District's converted towers, the small-business owners on Stone Street and in the Seaport. Our office at 54 Warren Street sits at the top of the neighborhood, close enough for a lunch-hour appointment and an easy subway ride from anywhere below 14th Street.
Getting here by subway
- 1, 2, 3 from Wall Street or Rector Street to Chambers Street — under ten minutes
- 4, 5 from Wall Street or Bowling Green to Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall, then a ten-minute walk
- R, W from Rector Street or Cortlandt Street to City Hall
- J, Z from Broad Street to Chambers Street
- A, C from Fulton Street to Chambers Street — one stop
Driving and parking
Lower Manhattan has the densest concentration of parking garages in the city — there are attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of our door. Street parking is still a gamble; the subway is usually faster.
Fixed Teeth Without Putting Life on Hold
The downtown concern is always disruption — how many appointments, how much downtime, how long without teeth. Here's the honest accounting: one evaluation with 3D imaging, one surgical visit, a healing phase where you wear fixed provisional teeth, then the definitive bridge. You're never toothless, and the surgical recovery our patients report is usually far milder than they feared.
The single-visit surgery is possible because of the planning, not in spite of it. Every implant's position and angle is mapped on your 3D scan beforehand — including the angled posterior implants that make the most of your existing bone. Digital planning is what makes a complex surgery feel uneventful.
For the schedule-conscious: the evaluation is the longest conversation, and it's worth it — candidacy, options, timeline, all laid out before you commit. After that, the phases are predictable. Tell us you're fitting this around work and we'll sequence it accordingly. Fixed teeth shouldn't require pausing your life.
“If the tooth is no longer there and the bone is good, the replacement process is actually very uneventful — very little recovery at all. What we hear from our patients is how unremarkable the procedure was. They're surprised, and we're thankful for their appreciation.”
