All-on-4 Dental Implants in Greenwich Village, NYC
All-on-4 is a full-arch dental implant treatment in which four implants support a complete fixed bridge — a full set of teeth that stays in. I'm Dr. Nina Izhaky. For my Greenwich Village patients dealing with failing teeth or ill-fitting dentures, the appeal is straightforward: fixed teeth, planned digitally, usually without bone grafting, coordinated in one Tribeca practice a straight shot down the 1 line.

Why All-on-4 works for Greenwich Village patients
If you're missing most or all of your teeth — or facing that reality soon — you have two kinds of options: removable, or fixed. All-on-4 is the fixed one that doesn't require rebuilding your entire jaw first.
Fixed teeth, not a removable denture.
Four strategically placed implants support a full arch of teeth that stays in — no adhesives, no slipping, no taking your teeth out at night. You brush and floss them like natural teeth.
Four implants, not six or eight.
The concept uses two anterior and two posterior implants; the back two are angled to make the most of your available bone. That often means no bone grafting and a shorter, simpler surgery than traditional full-arch implant approaches.
Designed around your face and bite.
Your final bridge is planned digitally around your facial proportions, lip support, and bite — not a stock set of denture teeth. The result looks like teeth that belong in your face, because they're designed for it.
One coordinated treatment pathway.
3D imaging, surgical planning, implant placement, and your provisional teeth are coordinated in one practice — no bouncing between a surgeon's office across town and a restorative dentist somewhere else.
How All-on-4 treatment works
A planned, phased process — from first scan to final bridge.
3D imaging and candidacy evaluation.
Cone-beam 3D imaging maps your bone anatomy precisely. We evaluate whether four implants can support your arch, whether your bone is sufficient, and whether you're a candidate for same-day provisional teeth. Not everyone qualifies — we'll know after a full evaluation.
Digital surgical planning.
Implant positions and angles are planned on your 3D scan before surgery day. The angled posterior implants are positioned to use your existing bone and reduce the cantilever on the final bridge.
Implant placement and provisional teeth.
Four implants are placed in a single surgical visit. When adequate stability and clinical criteria are met, a fixed provisional restoration — a full set of temporary teeth — may be attached the same day.
Healing and your definitive bridge.
After the healing phase, your definitive bridge is designed and fitted — refined in material, fit, bite design, and hygiene access compared to the provisional. This is the set built to last.
A short ride downtown from Greenwich Village
Plenty of our patients come down from the Village — from the brownstones off Bleecker Street, the NYU blocks around Washington Square Park, and the side streets near the Comedy Cellar and the Blue Note. The ride is one straight shot downtown, and our Tribeca office at 54 Warren Street sits in a neighborhood that feels familiar: historic, walkable, and mercifully calmer than Midtown.
Getting here by subway
- 1 train from Christopher Street–Sheridan Square straight to Chambers Street — no transfer
- A, C, E from West 4th Street to Chambers Street
- 6 from Bleecker Street or Astor Place to Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall, then a ten-minute walk
- PATH from 9th Street or 14th Street to the World Trade Center, then a short walk north
- R, W from 8th Street–NYU to City Hall
Driving and parking
If you drive down from the Village, know that Tribeca garages are easier than Village street parking — there are attended garages on Warren and Greenwich Streets within a block of us. Honestly, the 1 train is faster door to door.
Why Fixed Changes Everything
Ask anyone who's worn a full denture what they'd change, and the answer is always the same: they want teeth that stay in. That stay put when they laugh, that let them bite an apple, that don't come out at night. All-on-4 is built for exactly that frustration — four implants anchoring a full arch that functions like teeth, because it is teeth, fixed to implants.
The angled posterior implants are the clever part of the concept: by tilting the back two implants, we use the dense bone at the front of the jaw and often avoid grafting entirely. Less surgery, shorter treatment, lower biological cost — engineering that respects your body instead of rebuilding it.
Candidacy is genuinely individual — bone anatomy, health history, bite forces all matter, and same-day provisional teeth can't be promised before evaluation. What I can promise is an honest 3D assessment and a straight answer about whether you're a candidate. The 1 train from Christopher Street makes the consultation easy; the decision deserves the trip.
“Si el diente ya no está y el hueso está bien, el proceso de reemplazo es en realidad muy tranquilo — muy poca recuperación. Lo que escuchamos de nuestros pacientes es lo poco notable que fue el procedimiento. Están sorprendidos, y agradecemos su aprecio.”
